Assistant Farm Manager Nagambie, Victoria Full Time | Poultry Operations We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Assistant Farm Manager to join our poultry operations team in Nagambie. Reporting to the Farm Manager, you will play a key role in supporting daily farm operations, leading team members, and maintaining high standards of bird welfare, biosecurity, safety, and production performance. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with farming, poultry, livestock, or agricultural experience who is ready to take the next step in their leadership career. About the role Working closely with the Farm Manager, you will help ensure the farm operates safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards. Responsibilities include: Support daily poultry production activities Monitor flock health, welfare and production performance Coordinate daily farm activities and supervise team members Maintain biosecurity, animal welfare and safety standards Maintain production and compliance records Assist with farm maintenance, equipment management and continuous improvement initiatives About you To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience in poultry, livestock, agriculture, farming, or a related environment Previous leadership or supervisory experience Strong communication and organisational skills Commitment to animal welfare and workplace safety Sound computer and record-keeping skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Turosi?
