The Role – What You’ll Be Doing Daily: Operating posi-track and excavators (5t-20t) Final trim work – prepping sites for kerb, drainage, footpaths, and pavements Bulk earthworks – cutting, filling, and shaping Digging trenches for pipes, cables, and drainage Loading trucks and moving materials around site Backfilling and compacting Spotting and working around live services Daily pre-start checks and basic machine upkeep Working closely with ground crew, supervisors, and other operators Following safety procedures and site instructions Operation of Tipper Trucks, Rollers, Water Trucks What We’re Looking For: Experience in Machinery operating Skilled on final trim and general excavation works Comfortable working around services and tight spaces Safety-focused with good attention to detail Reliable, hard-working, and a good team player Able to commit to 50-60 hour weeks HC or HR Licence What You’ll Get: Competitive rates Consistent hours and regular work Good crew and supportive team culture Opportunities to grow with a solid company Any questions please call 0405128627 About AB Civil Contracting: With 20+ years in the civil game, we work across SEQ delivering top-notch projects.
