Landscape Labourer

Groundswell Landscapes is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable Landscape Labourer to join our Queenstown team. This is a hands-on role working across a range of High-end residential landscaping projects. You don’t need to be an expert landscaper — we’re looking for someone with some professional outdoor, landscaping, gardening, construction, or related industry experience who is keen to learn, work hard and develop their skills. What We’re Looking For: Some professional experience in landscaping, gardening, construction, agriculture, or a similar hands-on industry A strong work ethic and willingness to get stuck in Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team Good communication skills and a positive attitude Full, clean manual driver’s licence – this is a must Bonus Skills – Preferred but Not Essential: Experience using landscaping or gardening machinery Agricultural chemical experience (Growsafe certificate a bonus) Heavy machinery experience or WTR endorsement Previous horticultural experience What We Offer: $28–$35/hr , depending on skills and experience Full-time hours A supportive and friendly team environment Varied work across some of Queenstown’s best properties Opportunities for career progression as you gain experience If you’re hard-working, reliable and keen to build a career in landscaping , we’d love to hear from you.
