You'll be responsible for interpreting parts requirements, managing enquiries, sourcing and ordering parts, and ensuring customers receive the right solutions promptly and professionally. This role will suit someone who enjoys a busy workload, can switch between tasks with ease, and takes pride in delivering great customer service every time. Key Responsibilities Handling customer enquiries over the counter, by phone, and electronically Supporting our Service Department with parts requirements Assisting other Agricentre South branches with parts enquiries and requests Sourcing and ordering parts for customers and workshop jobs Completing daily pre-picking of parts for workshop activities Identifying opportunities to grow parts and merchandise sales Maintaining tidy, well-stocked product displays Assisting with stock takes and inventory activities Managing administration associated with parts sales, invoicing, and customer accounts What You'll Bring Proven experience as a Parts Interpreter, Parts Advisor, or similar parts-focused role Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machinery, agricultural equipment, automotive, or heavy equipment parts The ability to confidently multitask and prioritise in a busy environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong problem-solving ability and initiative Proven sales and relationship-building skills Accuracy and attention to detail when processing orders and data Good computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Why Agricentre South?
