Your Tasks – contra boring, PRO YOU You will provide high-quality technical services, e.g. infrastructure consulting and planning, installation and commissioning. In doing so, you will work hand in hand with the IT managers of our customers The implementation of system management solutions and the realization of high availability solutions in the ERP environment are also part of your tasks You will conduct training courses and impart your know-how on all aspects of proALPHA IT operations In addition to supporting our operations team for proALPHA business cloud customers, you are willing to take on extended service hours for monitoring purposes Your profile You have successfully completed your studies in computer science, business informatics or a similar course of study, or alternatively you have technical training (e.g. IT specialist for system integration). You have relevant practical experience in the IT environment and good knowledge of server and virtualization technologies as well as server and client operating systems (WINDOWS) Knowledge of Linux is an advantage Personally, you convince with a distinctive customer and team orientation as well as analytical and communicative skills Very good English skills complete your profile
