Key Responsibilities As part of our international development team, you will play an active role in shaping the future of proalpha. You will program customized customer solutions, develop new applications, and work closely with colleagues and customers. From the very beginning, we will support you with a structured induction program and personal mentoring. Programming: You will independently develop extensions and customizations for our customers. Development: You will design, program, and test new software functions and applications. Collaboration: Working closely with our consultants, you will support ERP rollouts for our customers. Knowledge transfer: You will involve new colleagues in projects and create templates and specifications. Customer contact: If interested, you will take on technical concepts in direct exchange with end customers. Requirements: Technical Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent. We also welcome fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow. Professional experience: Initial practical experience in software development or motivation to start a career Expertise: Good knowledge of at least one modern programming language (e.g., C#, C++, Java, Progress-ABL) and experience with relational databases; fundamentals of software development and software architecture Soft Skills Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to work Fluent English communication skills , both written and spoken, for collaboration in a global team environment Willingness to learn, initiative, enjoyment of professional exchange with colleagues and project partners Excellent teamwork and communication skills High level of independence and sense of responsibility Commitment to quality and problem-solving competence in daily operations
