Job Responsibilities: Delivery of both classroom and web-based core onboarding, employee development and leadership programs to both local and global employee population Support the development of engaging and interactive training courses using Microsoft PowerPoint to include scripted instructor notes Support the transfer of existing classroom training to web-based format Creation of learning resources such as user guides, discussion guides, and applying your knowledge to reinforce skills Provide coaching and team development to managers and employees as needed to support development goals Manage programs and classes you own within a Learning Management System and SharePoint site Schedule, coordinate, and promote training programs to internal customers Integrates new technologies (e.g., LMS, LXP, virtual learning, AI tools) to enhance learning effectiveness. Ensures training records and training reports are maintained and distributed Mentoring or TTT (Train the trainer) for new trainers if requested
