Senior Business Analyst (HR Systems), support HR system enhancements and digital transformation initiatives, partnering with HR and technology teams to improve workforce management, employee experience, and operational efficiency. Client Details Our client is one of the largest and most respected community services organizations, delivering a wide range of essential social, healthcare, aged care, family, and community support services across the region. As part of an ongoing digital transformation initiative, they are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (HR Systems) to support the enhancement and optimization of their HR technology landscape. This role will work closely with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and technology teams to deliver strategic HR system initiatives that improve workforce management, employee experience, and operational efficiency. Description Job Responsibilities Gather and analyse business requirements from HR and operational stakeholders; Translate business needs into functional requirements and system solutions; Support HR system implementation, enhancement and integration; Work closely with technology teams, vendors and business users throughout the project lifecycle; Conduct process mapping, gap analysis and documentation; Support system testing, UAT, issue tracking and implementation; Coordinate across multiple stakeholders and markets. Profile Job Requirements Around 4-6+ years of Business Analyst experience; Hands-on experience working on HR systems / HRIS projects; Experience in one or more of the following is highly preferred: Payroll systems/ Time & Attendance systems/ Digital Rostering / Workforce Scheduling/ Other HR technology platforms; Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills; Able to work independently in a fast-paced project environment; Fluent Mandarin and English required; Cantonese / trilingual capability would be a strong advantage.
