You will master premium customer relationship management (CRM) and student lifecycle logistics in a fast-paced environment. 🎯 Job Responsibilities: Manage daily front-desk administrative workflows, including tuition fee collection, inventory control, and student records management. Oversee class scheduling, tutor allocations, and room logistics using our automated center management systems. Deliver an elite customer experience by serving as the primary point of contact for parents regarding class swaps, attendance, and administrative inquiries. Assist in generating weekly operational reports regarding class utilization and student retention rates. 👤 Requirements: Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in front-desk operations, customer service, or administrative roles (Fresh graduates with a hospitality background are welcome). Detail-oriented, highly organized, and calm under pressure.
