Industry: Commodities / Oil & Gas Employee: Approx. 22, including 10+ foreign employees Location: Khlong Luang, Pathum Thani Working Hours: Monday – Friday / 8:30 – 17:30 Salary: Up to THB 75,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience) Job Summary Manage end-to-end HR operations in Thailand, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and BOI/foreign employee matters, while working closely with Singapore HQ. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 5–8 years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory/managerial role. Strong experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and employee relations. Good knowledge of Thai labor law, statutory compliance, and BOI requirements . Experience managing foreign employees, work permits, visas, and BOI-related documentation . Experience supporting 10+ foreign employees ; Myanmar employee experience is an advantage. Good command of Thai and English. Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. HRIS, KPI/OKR, manpower planning, and AI experience are advantages. Experience in the Commodities or Oil & Gas industry is preferred. Ability to start work immediately would be advantage. Responsibilities: Manage overall HR operations, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, payroll, and employee relations. Handle BOI matters, work permits, visas, and compliance for foreign employees . Coordinate with government authorities and external agencies on foreign employee matters. Manage manpower planning, HR budgets, headcount, and payroll costs. Drive KPI/OKR and performance management processes. Support HRIS implementation, digitalization, and AI-driven HR improvement. Prepare HR reports and work closely with Singapore HQ on HR policies and workforce planning.
