Pilates Instructor Responsibilities: Deliver private sessions to members, and monitor members' progress with regular physical assessments Recognize individual clients' needs and plan safe and effective movement programs using Pilates Methods on Pilates Matwork and Comprehensive Pilates Achieve personal targets in clients’ visits and service goals Provide high quality customer service, and maintain professionalism at all times A strong work ethic including motivation to help members make lifestyle changes Regular update on skills with continuing education Ensure that service areas, equipment and supplies are maintained in an orderly and safe manner Requirements: Recognized international Pilates certificates, e.g PMA, NCPT, Polestar Comprehensive Pilates, Ron Fletcher Pilates, Stott Pilates or equivalent certifications Relevant work experience of minimum 2 years is required Good commercial sense, excellent communication skills and tactful in dealing with people at all levels Dynamic, resourceful, team player and able to articulate objectives in a compelling manner Require to full-fill minimum hours; and work days include some weekends and public holiday Remuneration & Benefits: Attractive basic salary + service comm + clients' enrolment incentive schemes Attractive monthly guaranteed commission up to 3 months for new staff Monthly meal & attendance cash allowance Staff discount on meals Pampering monthly treatment benefit (for female staff only) Staff discounts on skincare of international brands and sports boutique Annual leave and statutory holidays Induction training on physical assessment and fitness screening Interested applicants are invited to apply with detailed resume of your qualifications, experience, current & expected salary. www.phillip-wain.com
