About the role This is a permanent part-time position — three consistent days a week (Saturday–Monday, 3pm–8pm, with a 30-minute break), plus occasional ad hoc coverage. You'll run studio operations day to day, manage every client touchpoint, and have real input into how things are done. You'll manage the front of house independently in a small, high-touch studio environment. Key responsibilities Manage client interactions across phone, email, WhatsApp, and social platforms Respond promptly and solve problems with a service-first mindset Run daily operations: bookings, facility upkeep, housekeeping Spot inefficiencies and fix them, rather than just maintaining the status quo Build documentation and systems that outlast any one person in the role Help execute initiatives that improve client experience and retention Keep the lead tracker and client records accurate and current About you 1+ years in customer service, hospitality, retail, or operations Able to commit to the stated days, including public holidays Comfortable managing multi-channel client communication (phone, WhatsApp, email) under pressure Proficient with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Calendar) and quick to pick up new tools Take pride in getting the small things right, not just moving fast Can hold several requests at once without losing accuracy or warmth Ask good questions and display critical thinking Learn quickly, without needing constant hand-holding Communicate professionally and read the tone of each situation Work independently but naturally check in and collaborate with the team About us Altum Pilates is a boutique Classical Pilates studio on Orchard Road.
