Senior Finance Manager

Senior Finance Manager We are a Food & Beverage manufacturing and export company , and a subsidiary of a public listed group . We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead our Finance & Accounts team. Key Responsibilities · Lead the full spectrum of Finance & Accounts functions, including AR, AP, costing, budgeting, cash flow and reporting . · Ensure timely and accurate monthly accounts and group reporting . · Ensure accounting and financial reporting comply with MFRS and Group accounting policies . · Maintain strong internal controls, financial governance and audit compliance in line with listed group requirements. · Oversee LMW and Customs compliance , inventory reconciliation and related reporting. · Manage taxation and transfer pricing matters. · Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory and profitability. · Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, Customs and other authorities. · Lead, coach and develop the Finance & Accounts team. · Provide financial analysis and support Management in business decisions. Requirements · Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent. · ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MICPA or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage. · Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience , with at least 3 years in a managerial position. · Experience in manufacturing, F&B, FMCG or export business . · Experience in a listed company or subsidiary of a listed group is highly preferred. · Strong knowledge of MFRS, group reporting, internal controls, audit, taxation and transfer pricing . · Hands-on experience in LMW and Customs compliance . · Strong leadership and people management skills. · Good knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
