You will drive transformative marketing technology solutions for high-profile global and regional clients as a trusted technical authority. Partnering closely with enterprise sales, product, and cross-functional engineering teams, you will architect scalable systems, guide client migrations, and leverage advanced AI tools to solve complex technical challenges. Your expertise will directly influence strategic decision-making and accelerate technical innovation across key enterprise accounts. Responsibilities Act as technical consultant on enterprise marketing technology solutions for global accounts. Drive multiple customer migrations, onboarding, and identity integration projects simultaneously. Scope client technical requirements and design enterprise IAM/IDaaS and SSO architecture solutions. Partner with sales teams to unlock growth opportunities by aligning technical architecture with business goals. Resolve technical support tickets, identity integration blockers, and operational issues in a timely manner. Translate client feedback and technical pain points into actionable insights for engineering and product teams. Build technical playbooks, runbooks, and documentation to scale support operational efficiency. Facilitate client-facing walkthroughs for setup, provisioning, and access governance integrations. Requirement At least 5 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Pre-Sales Engineering. Deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), SSO, SAML, SCIM, and cloud security. Hands-on experience with GCR platforms like Authing, Alibaba Cloud IDaaS, Tencent Cloud IAM, or workplace identity tools. Fluency in both Mandarin and English for client-facing technical consultation. Proven track record of managing end-to-end enterprise identity deployments and client migrations. Strong technical degree or equivalent practical experience with APIs, web, and cloud technologies. Practical knowledge of generative AI tools applied to workflow automation and client solutions. Solid understanding of AdTech, digital marketing platforms, or enterprise API integrations.
