About the role We are seeking a talented Finance & Admin and Senior Finance & Admin Executive to join our team at ClearSK Healthcare Group in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this full-time role, you will leverage your analytical skills to deliver valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making for our growing healthcare business. What you'll be doing Key Responsibilities Perform daily finance operations: AP/AR/GL, journal entries, fixed assets, petty cash, inventory records, and vendor management. Lead your scope of the monthly/quarterly/year-end close; prepare accurate schedules and management reports. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including sales, cash flow, and profit & loss; support P&L forecasts, cost analysis, and manpower/pay analysis. Assist with group consolidation (subsidiaries, intercompany, eliminations) and maintain consolidation packs. Support tax computations and filings (MY: SST/withholding/CP204, PCB/EPF/SOCSO/EIS; SG where relevant: GST/IRAS), and liaise with tax agents and authorities. Drive budgeting and rolling forecasts: compile templates, load budgets, track actual vs. budget, and explain variances. Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and process documentation in line with MFRS/IFRS. Coordinate external audits and prepare audit deliverables and schedules. Perform bank reconciliations, manage cash balances and forecasts, and handle credit card transactions. Oversee payroll accounting entries; work with HR on payroll, bills, payments, and statutory compliance. Conduct operational checks/audits (e.g., stock take, E-shop membership points) and update audit schedules for fixed assets (incl. depreciation). Develop and maintain SOPs for finance and audit-related matters; contribute to ERP/process improvements and data quality. Develop performance measures/metrics to support the company’s strategic direction. Liaise and coordinate with the Singapore office, banks, and outsourced corporate services on company secretariat, SOP audit, and compliance matters. Use AI tools in your daily work to speed up reporting, forecasting and analysis, with guidance from management. What we're looking for Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline from a reputable university. For Senior position, 4+ years of financial accounting experience; team-lead exposure (≈2 years) is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome for the Finance & Admin Executive position. Excellent communication with seniors, peers, team members, customers, and external parties. Fluency in English; Mandarin-proficiency is an advantage for liaising with Chinese counterparts. Strong analytical/problem-solving skills with a quantitative approach; able to recommend solutions to decision makers. Proven ability to drive results through weekly cadence (e.g., check-ins, ad-hoc reviews) and follow-through on action items. Confident presenter to directors and frontline staff; proficient in flow-charting, tables, charts, and PowerPoint to communicate insights. Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint); exposure to AI-driven tools is an advantage.
