Senior System Analyst — Finance

Key responsibilities Own as-is and to-be process design for FI and CO areas: GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, product costing and profitability analysis. Gather requirements from Finance, Costing and Controlling; produce functional specifications and acceptance criteria. Support month-end and year-end close from the system side; identify and remove recurring manual workarounds. Own the system side of product costing and the standard cost roll with Costing and Manufacturing. Support statutory, tax and audit requirements including data extraction and control evidence. Partner with the D&A and AI team on the finance data models feeding margin, PPV and quote profitability analytics. Document processes and maintain a trained backup. Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related field. 6+ years combining finance or accounting process knowledge and system analysis. Strong working knowledge of SAP FI and CO, including product costing and profitability analysis. Understanding of internal control requirements in a listed-company environment. Demonstrated experience writing functional specifications and running UAT. English fluency required. Preferred qualifications Manufacturing costing background; standard versus actual costing and variance analysis. Understand the business financial process and requirement of EMS business. Experience supporting external audit from the system side. Multi-entity consolidation experience. Accounting qualification.
