Key responsibilities Own the D&A and AI roadmap and its alignment to serve the objective of the whole SVI Groups. Lead, coach and grow Business Intelligence, Data Engineering and AI Engineering. Own the data platform end to end: ingestion from SAP and shop-floor systems, warehouse and data mart modelling, data quality and master data alignment. Establish MLOps discipline — version control, model registry, monitoring, drift detection, retraining and rollback for every model in production. Define and enforce AI guardrails on every automated or semi-automated decision: approval thresholds, human-in-the-loop rules, full audit trail and kill switch. Report benefit realization against baseline to the IT Director. Manage cloud, licence and vendor spend within the approved investment budget. Required qualifications Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering or related field. 10+ years total with at least 5 years leading a data, analytics or AI team of 8 or more. At least two AI or advanced-analytics use cases running in a live business process, with quantified benefit the candidate can defend. Strong technical base — SQL, Python, modern data warehouse or lakehouse, orchestration, ML frameworks. Experience sourcing data from an ERP, ideally SAP, including the reality of imperfect master data. Able to run delivery across multiple competing business sponsors without losing the priority order. Professional working English; Thai fluency preferred. Preferred qualifications Manufacturing, EMS, semiconductor or electronics supply chain background. Demand forecasting, inventory optimisation, should-cost or quote profitability modelling. Enterprise LLM and agent applications including evaluation and cost control. Experience building a team from graduate hires.
