What’s On Offer Office in the western suburbs of Adelaide Realistic workloads with defined responsibilities and expectations Clear ownership of the financial administration of projects, including cost tracking, progress claims and variations Opportunity to work closely with experienced leadership rather than being siloed Free parking on site and easy access to nearby food and café options Stable pipeline of local metro work The Role Keep project contracts, purchase orders and commercial records organised Help prepare claims and variations, making sure the right information is captured Coordinate documentation between Project Managers, site teams, subcontractors and suppliers Keep an eye on project costs, commitments and key commercial deadlines Follow projects through to close-out, helping tie up outstanding claims and paperwork The Criteria Experience supporting or managing the financial administration of construction projects Background in civil works, infrastructure or similar environments Strong attention to detail without losing sight of deadlines and project priorities Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline will be highly regarded but are not essential.
