Responsibilities: Assist the Assistant General Manager/Community Affairs Manager in planning and executing joint-school programmes and publicity events under the Group’s flagship CSR program “Project WeCan ” Liaise with secondary schools being supported under Project WeCan Liaise with external partners and support them in launching a wide range of programmes and activities in their partner schools Engage volunteers, including internal staff, external partners and university students, in joint-school activities of Project WeCan and provide support as necessary Provide administrative support to the team such as the processing of scholarship/funding application and disbursement, handling of procurement matters and preparation of meeting documents Support the Project WeCan Secretariat in other ad hoc duties assigned Requirements: Bachelor’s degree holder 4-5 years' relevant experience in organising events, handling project liaison, implementation and administration works A good team player with a passion for community work and a genuine interest in youth development Good communication skills in spoken and written English and Chinese Good organisational, planning and execution skills, attentive to details and able to meet tight deadlines Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and being a team-player with the ability to solicit rapport from internal and external parties to accomplish tasks/goals Willing to work on weekends when needed to organise large scale joint-school activities, which may be held during evening and occasionally Saturday/Sunday Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Community Affairs Officer.
