What You'll Do Support the day-to-day operation, enhancement, and continuous improvement of business applications and digital solutions, including CRM, business process automation, and database platforms. Gather business requirements and work closely with users, DT teams and vendors to deliver system enhancements and digital initiatives Coordinate project activities including requirements analysis, testing, deployment and user adoption support Monitor system performance, data quality and user access administration to ensure smooth business operations Investigate and follow up system issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact Prepare and maintain functional specifications, SOPs, UAT scripts, user guides and other system documentation Identify opportunities for process and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user experience What We're Looking For Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related disciplines Minimum 3 years of experience in business systems, application support, business analysis or project coordination Experience with CRM systems, workflow automation, Salesforce, database applications or related business solutions is an advantage Familiarity with system implementation, UAT and SDLC methodology Knowledge of SQL and database concepts is preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, customer-focused and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese What We Offer Competitive Remuneration Package Five-day Work Week Annual Leave and Additional Leave Benefits, including Birthday Leave Banking Holidays Year-end Bonus Comprehensive Medical and Life Insurance Coverage Excellent Career Development Opportunities and Training Opportunity Interested parties please send your full resume with present salary, expected salary and available date by clicking “ Apply Now ”, via e-mail to hr.motor.hk @ sime.com .
