What you'll be doing: JOB SCOPE: The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening strategic relationships with airlines, corporate accounts, financial institutions, hotels, travel partners, and VIP clientele. The incumbent serves as the primary liaison for assigned corporate accounts, identifying sales opportunities and coordinating customized airport hospitality solutions, including lounge access, meet-and-assist services, VIP handling, buggy services, wheelchair arrangements, fast-track assistance, special channel escort services, and other premium passenger experiences. The role ensures seamless execution of customer requirements through close coordination with internal stakeholders and provides on-call support for VIP and special service requests as required. Sales & Business Development Develop new and profitable business opportunities from aviation, corporate, financial institution, hospitality, travel, and luxury service segments. Achieve established monthly and annual sales revenue, new business acquisition, and retention targets. Identify, develop, and maximize cross-selling opportunities across all Plaza Premium Group products and services. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, airport development studies, and industry trend reviews to identify new business opportunities. Strategic Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary relationship manager and liaison for assigned corporate accounts and key business partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, relationship managers, executive assistants, concierge teams, and VIP customer representatives. Develop account growth plans and regularly review client performance, utilization, and satisfaction levels. Lead contract negotiations, commercial discussions, agreement renewals, and account reviews. VIP & Corporate Service Coordination Act as the single point of contact for corporate customers requiring premium airport hospitality solutions. Coordinate and manage special VIP service requests, including: Lounge access and private hosting arrangements. Meet-and-assist and escort services. Buggy transportation services. Wheelchair assistance. Fast-track immigration and security arrangements where applicable. Escort through dedicated or special airport channels. Customized passenger handling and concierge services. Special event, celebrity, executive, and delegation arrangements. Ensure all VIP and special service requirements are executed seamlessly through close coordination with Operations, Lounge teams, Airport Services, and external business partners. Service Excellence & Customer Experience Deliver exceptional and personalized services to VIPs, executives, celebrities, corporate guests, and strategic clients. Proactively anticipate customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance the passenger experience. Handle customer feedback, service recovery situations, escalations, and complaints promptly and effectively. Ensure consistent service standards are maintained across all customer touchpoints. Stakeholder Management & Internal Coordination Interface and coordinate with Operations, Airport Services, Lounges, Finance, IT, Marketing, Legal, and external vendors to ensure timely service delivery. Participate in regular client and operational meetings to review current and future customer requirements. Support implementation of new services, products, and customer programs. Reporting & Performance Management Prepare sales forecasts, account plans, performance reports, business proposals, and management presentations. Monitor account profitability, service performance, and customer utilization trends. Provide regular management updates on key accounts, pipeline opportunities, and VIP service activities. On-Call Support Provide after-hours and emergency support for critical client, VIP, and corporate service requests when required. Maintain flexibility to support urgent customer needs and operational escalations on a 24/7 on-call basis. About you: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in client service, account management, aviation, hospitality, luxury services, airport services, or customer relationship management. Experience handling VIP customers, executive travel arrangements, concierge services, or premium hospitality services is highly preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-profile clients. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable client experiences. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Degree holder in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Aviation Management, Marketing, or related disciplines. Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. Outstanding customer service orientation and ability to manage high-profile and demanding clientele. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent command of written and spoken English; Cantonese and Mandarin preferred. Proficient in MS Office applications, CRM systems, and business reporting tools. Willingness to travel and provide flexible support outside normal business hours when required.
