Salary: Highly competitive Leading APAC-based prop trading firm seeking a Quantitative Developer/Software Engineer coding in C++ to join one of their core trading teams. This is a rare opportunity to work on a powerful global trading systems across the full lifecycle of both research & live trading platforms, working closely with QRs to deliver production-grade, low-latency systems. Sitting at the core of the business, this role offers unique exposure to the full business scope with outsized impact relative to other teams. You will have significant autonomy and visibility, being responsible for systems spanning design, performance optimisation & operational robustness, all built on a modern high-performance trading stack. Requirements Solid academic background in computer science, mathematics or a similar quantitative field (Masters degree is preferred) Strong professional experience with data structures, algorithms and programming 5+ years of practical experience with modern C++, ideally in a high-performance context.
