Member of the HK institute of Clerk of Works OR Higher Diploma in Building Studies or Project Management with 7 years of relevant experience. Strong technical background and site experience of inspection of foundation, superstructure and architectural fit-out works, checking compliance of works with specifications, drawings and method statements. Responsible for site progress, quality assurance, documentation, site coordination. Must be a person of integrity and self motivated.
