Whether you’re an experienced PT, a group fitness coach, or a trainer looking to step into a high-performance studio environment – we want to hear from you. About the Role As a BFT Coach, you’ll be at the heart of the member experience – delivering high-energy group training sessions, supporting members to achieve results, and contributing to a strong, positive studio culture. You’ll be coaching real people, in real time, in a structured training environment that blends strength, conditioning, and accountability.
