🍎 FULL-TIME ORCHARD HAND 🍎 We’re looking for a hardworking and reliable Orchard Hand to join our team working in our apple orchard. This is a full-time position with a 3-month trial period . Weekend work will be required during the thinning and harvest season , so flexibility is essential. If you enjoy working outdoors, getting your hands dirty and being part of a great team, we’d love to hear from you! About the role: 🍏 General orchard/farm duties and maintenance 🌱 Tree care, pruning and thinning 🍎 Assisting with harvesting and fruit handling 🚜 Operating farm machinery and equipment where required 🤝 Working as part of a friendly, hardworking team 📅 Weekend work during harvest and thinning season About you: Previous orchard or farming experience preferred Reliable, punctual and hardworking Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors Able to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn Strong work ethic and attention to detail Flexible and available for weekend work during harvest and thinning season 📍 Location: Pakenham, VIC If you’re looking for a hands-on role in a family-owned apple orchard and think you’d be a great fit, we’d love to hear from you!
