We are looking for a hands-on HR professional to join a multinational specialty chemical industrial company during an exciting new plant set-up and growth phase . This is an individual contributor role initially. As the plant is currently under construction, the successful candidate will work independently as the key HR person on the ground. As operations expand, the HR team will gradually be built. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment and manpower ramp-up for the new operation Handle day-to-day HR Generalist activities Support both manufacturing and commercial teams Partner with local management and regional HR stakeholders Support employee relations, performance management, C&B, training and engagement Ensure compliance with Thai Labour Law and company HR policies Support the development of HR processes and practices as the organization grows Requirements Approximately 6–10 years of HR experience Strong hands-on recruitment + HR Generalist background Experience in a manufacturing environment Chemical, petrochemical, polymers/plastics or industrial manufacturing experience is an advantage Strong knowledge of Thai Labour Law Comfortable working independently during the initial plant set-up stage Good command of Thai and English Experience working with multinational or regional stakeholders is an advantage This opportunity would suit a Senior HR Generalist, HR Supervisor, HRBP, HR Specialist or Assistant HR Manager who enjoys being hands-on and would like the opportunity to grow together with a new manufacturing operation.
