Job Descriptions: Dealer & Performance Management Dealer Management: Manage, support, and monitor the automotive dealer network within the assigned territory to achieve monthly and quarterly retail and wholesale volume targets. Target Setting: Establish and communicate clear annual and monthly targets for showrooms in the area assigned. Performance Optimization: Partner directly with dealer principals and sales teams to improve showroom operations, customer service quality, inventory efficiency, and conversion rates. Dealer Support: Assist dealers in achieving sales targets and adapting business strategies as needed. Operational Excellence & Compliance Brand Compliance & Auditing: Conduct regular on-site dealership visits to audit field sales processes, ensuring strict alignment with corporate brand standards and operational guidelines. Supply Chain & Inventory Health: Monitor dealer stock levels, wholesale ordering pipelines, and vehicle delivery timelines to ensure a healthy, balanced supply chain across the network. Approvals & Compliance: Supervise the application process for dealer special approval reports; implement regional policies and address any deviations. Showroom & Marketing: Guide localized marketing activities and oversee showroom arrangements. Dealership Operations: Manage staffing and daily operations of key positions in dealerships. Strategy, Leadership & Stakeholder Relations Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and develop targeted performance improvement measures. Project Review: Review major customer projects and provide accurate policy interpretations. Team Leadership: Guide and coach area sales team members to perform and achieve the company’s monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets. Stakeholder Management: Ensure smooth operation and clear communication between key investors, dealer principals, and company management. Flexibility: Execute other tasks as assigned by leadership. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. Experience: 3–5 years of experience in regional sales, dealer/store management, or account management in any industry (experience in the automotive or retail showroom industry is a strong plus). Technical & Analytical Acumen: Advanced analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to turn raw, complex sales data into clear, actionable business strategies. Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to manage dealer relationships effectively and present data-driven narratives confidently to executive leadership. Mindset: A highly results-oriented mindset with the unique agility to balance day-to-day operational firefighting with long-term, high-level strategic planning.
