About the Role: You’ll be a key part of our Hotel Services team, ensuring residents enjoy nutritious, high-quality meals in a welcoming environment. Your role goes beyond cooking - you’ll contribute to the overall well-being and happiness of those in our care. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with preparing high-quality, nutritious meals for residents in accordance with any dietary, cultural and care needs. Ensure food safety and accreditation standards are met. Work collaboratively in a supportive team environment. Bring creativity and care to every plate. About You: We’re looking for Commis Chefs / Cooks who know their way around a kitchen, can handle a little heat (both from the ovens and the occasional tough critic at table five), and love the idea of making mealtime the best part of someone’s day. Qualification in Commercial Cookery (Cert III minimum) is required for Commis Chef position Experience working in Health Care environments (Aged Care, Hospitals, Childcare, Disability) is highly desirable but not essential Has a passion for food and a great consumer experience Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Ability to provide high-standard, nutritious & visually appealing meals Reliable, flexible and detail-oriented with a positive attitude Up to $18,500 salary packaging options and tax benefits How to Apply: For further information or a confidential discussion, please contact Leana Radley, HR Officer, at (08) 8725 7377 .
