Machine Operators – Excavator & Loader Hope Valley, WA 2 Positions Available | Casual | Immediate Start $36.00 per hour Join the Eco Resources Team Eco Resources is a leader in waste management, resource recovery and recycling services. We are seeking two experienced Machine Operators to join our Hope Valley team. We're looking for operators experienced across Excavators and/or Loaders. Ideally, you'll be confident across both; however, experienced operators who specialise in either machine are encouraged to apply. The roles will involve a mix of screen feeding, excavator grab work, material handling and loading trucks, depending on your skills and operational requirements. Shift Details Monday to Friday – 6:30am to 4:30pm & Saturdays as required About the Role Working within our busy waste and resource recovery facility, your responsibilities may include: Operating Excavators fitted with grabs and bucket attachments Feeding Screening Plants and maintaining consistent material flow Sorting and handling material using grabs Operating Loaders to move and stockpile material Loading trucks safely and accurately Using CompuLoad and/or Loadrite weighing systems Providing machine coverage across site within your experience Completing daily pre-starts, greasing and basic preventative maintenance Identifying and reporting equipment faults Working safely around trucks, mobile plant and other team members What We're Looking For Essential Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle Demonstrated experience operating Excavators and/or Loaders Strong machine operating skills within a busy operational environment Strong commitment to safe work practices Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Highly Regarded Excavator experience using grabs Experience feeding Screening Plants Loader experience including loading out trucks Experience using CompuLoad and/or Loadrite Waste, recycling, quarry or resource recovery experience Additional plant operating tickets Experience across both Excavators and Loaders is highly regarded; however, strong experience in either machine is encouraged to apply.
