About the role As a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager in our ERP Business Unit , you will lead the successful delivery of world-class Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions—primarily SAP Business One (SAP B1) —for fast-growing enterprises. You will act as the critical bridge between our enterprise clients and internal technical squads, driving business transformation from initial scoping through to go-live execution. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Lifecycle Delivery: Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and requirement gathering to implementation and final closure. Strategic Roadmap Creation: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and robust communication frameworks. Cross-Functional Orchestration: Coordinate cross-functional internal teams (IT, Product, QA, and Support) to ensure flawless and cohesive execution. Risk & Scope Governance: Monitor timelines, mitigate risks, resolve project issues, and manage change requests to ensure delivery meets scope and quality standards. Stakeholder Alignment: Lead client communications, provide transparent regular updates, and maintain strong, trusted alignment with executive stakeholders. Deployment & Readiness Support: Oversee system implementation activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live readiness assessments, and post-launch reviews. Governance Documentation: Prepare essential project documentation (SOW, BRD, progress reports) ensuring strict compliance with internal and industry governance standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of concrete experience in IT project management or enterprise system implementation (ERP experience preferred). Strong structural knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies. Prior experience with ERP modules (Finance, Inventory, MRP) or HRIS, payroll, and HR technology projects is a distinct advantage. Excellent English and Thai communication, analytical problem-solving, and senior stakeholder management capabilities. PMP, Prince2, or Agile Scrum Master certification is highly preferred.
