Opportunity: As Senior Site Manager, you will lead the delivery of a landmark $1B luxury residential and mixed-use development on the Gold Coast, featuring three iconic towers exceeding 40 storeys. Supported by an experienced project team, you will provide strong site leadership and play a critical role in driving the project to successful completion. You will oversee all site operations, lead subcontractor performance, and uphold the highest standards across programme, safety, quality and delivery, while motivating site teams and driving key project milestones.
