Role Overview: We are looking for Cybersecurity professionals across Senior and Team Leader levels to join our growing team in a System Integrator (SI) environment. You will work closely with clients (especially in the financial sector) to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and compliant security solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Security Solution Design & Implementation Design, implement, and support end-to-end cybersecurity solutions aligned with best practices Configure and manage technologies such as Firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP, VPN, Encryption, and Access Control Troubleshoot and resolve complex security issues 2. Monitoring, Detection & Incident Response Implement and manage monitoring tools (SIEM, SOAR, UEBA) Perform log analysis and proactive threat detection Respond to incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and improve security posture 3. IT Risk & Security Governance Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks Conduct vulnerability assessments and security audits Ensure adherence to frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001 4. Financial Industry Compliance Deliver solutions aligned with regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI-DSS, SOX) Protect sensitive financial data with appropriate controls and policies 5. Project Delivery Deliver security projects end-to-end (timeline, scope, quality) Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders 6. Presales & Client Engagement Support presales activities: client meetings, solution design, proposals Act as a trusted advisor, translating technical concepts into business value Build long-term client relationships 7. Team & Resource Management (Team Leader) Lead and mentor cybersecurity engineers Allocate resources and ensure successful project delivery Develop SOPs and improve team capabilities 8. Documentation & Standards Maintain technical documentation (architecture, configurations, security processes) Ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards Qualifications: Education Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field Experience Senior: 3+ years in cybersecurity / network security Team Leader: 5+ years in security engineering with leadership or project ownership experience Experience in System Integrator (SI) environment is highly preferred Experience in financial services / regulated industries is a strong advantage Technical Skills Network & Security: Cisco, Juniper, Firewalls, VPN, Encryption Security Tools: IDS/IPS, SIEM, SOAR, UEBA Knowledge of Load Balancing, Digital Certificates, Monitoring Tools Understanding of Cloud Security is a plus Familiarity with NIST CSF, ISO 27001 Certifications (Preferred) CISSP, CEH, Security+, CCNP, CCNA Other Requirements: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and client-facing abilities This position is open to candidates who are authorized to work in Thailand without visa sponsorship.
