Accounts Executive

Responsibilities: Involved in the full spectrum of accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial report. Assist in the preparation of a full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations Support the Accountant in preparing the annual budget, forecasts, and financial analysis. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and financial reports for management review. Manage and maintain accounting documentation and records independently. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries, and other relevant professionals to ensure compliance with audit, tax, and statutory requirements. Undertake any ad-hoc accounting or administrative tasks as assigned by management. Requirements: Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Certifications in Accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA). 2–5 years of relevant experience handling full set accounts . Familiar with accounting software (e.g. SQL, SAP , Xero, QuickBooks, AutoCount, etc.) Proficient in Microsoft Excel Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Able to work independently with a creative mind and good problem-solving skills. Preferably Executives specializing in Full Set Accounting - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written) will be an added advantage.
