Oracle WebCenter Content Development (Senior/ Specialist)

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Oracle WebCenter Content Development (Team Leader/ Specialist) to lead the development, customization, and integration of enterprise content management solutions. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Oracle content management technologies or similar ECM platforms and possesses hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale document and content management solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and enhancement of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions. Develop and customize Oracle WebCenter Content (WCC/UCM) applications and integrations. Design and implement REST APIs, Web Services, and Microservices for enterprise systems. Integrate ECM platforms with enterprise applications through Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle BPM, or similar middleware technologies. Collaborate with business users to understand document management and workflow requirements. Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance. Review source code and ensure software quality, scalability, and security. Mentor development teams and establish development best practices. Support production issues, system optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Experience: 3+ years of experience in software development, including hands-on experience with Oracle WebCenter Content (WCC), Oracle UCM, Oracle ECM, or other Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platforms such as Alfresco, IBM FileNet, OpenText, or Hyland OnBase. Strongly Preferred Hands-on experience with Oracle WebCenter Content (WCC) Experience with Oracle Universal Content Management (UCM) Experience implementing Oracle Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions Experience with Oracle Middleware technologies including: Oracle SOA Suite Oracle BPM Strong Java development experience Experience developing REST APIs and Web Services Experience integrating enterprise applications Alternative Experience (Also Considered) Candidates with strong experience in similar Enterprise Content Management platforms such as: Alfresco IBM FileNet OpenText ECM Hyland OnBase Document Management Systems (DMS) Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Records Management Systems (RMS) Digital Asset Management (DAM) Technical Skills: Java Spring / Spring Boot RESTful APIs Oracle Database / SQL Microservices Architecture Git HTML / JavaScript Web Services (SOAP / REST) Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading software development teams. Experience delivering enterprise document management solutions. Strong understanding of enterprise integration architecture. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
