Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Associate to provide day-to-day HR support across recruitment, employee records, attendance, employee engagement, and HR administration. This role will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth HR operations, compliance with company policies and Philippine labor regulations, and a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities Assist in ensuring compliance with Philippine Labor Laws and DOLE regulations. Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook provisions. Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, background checks, onboarding, and offboarding. Maintain accurate and updated employee records, 201 files, and HR documentation. Prepare and consolidate employee attendance summaries and other HR reports. Assist in addressing employee concerns and coordinate with the HR team for proper resolution. Assist in coordinating performance appraisal and employee evaluation activities. Support the processing of government-mandated benefits and other employee-related documents. Assist in organizing company events, wellness programs, employee activities, and engagement initiatives. Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with other HR-related tasks as assigned. Report directly to the CHRO, First Vice President – HRAD, and HR Specialist/HR Jr. BP. Qualifications Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related course. Preferably with at least 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to recruitment and general HR functions. Strong background or hands-on experience in recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checks, and onboarding. Basic knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and DOLE regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and Google Workspace/Google Forms. Strong organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion. Willing to be assigned in Cagayan de Oro City.
