Landscape Site Supervisor

We are on the hunt for an experienced Landscape Site Supervisor . Our client is one of Auckland's top, high-end landscaping businesses . This is a permanent position directly with our client . About the role: This is a site-based position , though not a hands-on tools role . The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing teams of foremen/landscapers, managing relationships with clients and suppliers, and holding teams accountable for quality, programme delivery, budget control, and project completion. You will also be responsible for the concurrent management of multiple projects. There will be a large aspect of troubleshooting and problem solving with this role. Our requirements: Proven experience running multiple projects and leading teams within the high-end landscape space Significant experience coordinating internal staff, sub-contractors, suppliers, clients and stakeholders Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships Expert in landscape construction - from hard and softscaping to pool construction, decking, and architectural paving Proven experience in construction planning and sequencing Commercial awareness including project costings and variation management Competent with Simpro or similar job management software Understanding of building standards, council requirements, compliance & health and safety What we can offer : 100K - 120K per annum (experience dependent) + Company Vehicle Fantastic company culture Real career opportunity No two days will be the same, excellent variety in your workload.
