He kōrero mō te tūranga | The Role Prepare and clean emergency housing properties between tenancies. Carry out minor maintenance and repair work to keep properties safe and functional. Set up homes, including furniture assembly and appliance installation. Maintain communal areas, grounds, and outdoor spaces to a high standard. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to support property maintenance. Support tenant moves and ensure homes are welcoming and ready for occupancy. Assist tenancy manager with tasks (as required) He kōrero mōu | About You Previous experience in cleaning, property maintenance, handyman, or related work. A practical, hands-on approach with the ability to carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks. Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling, lifting, and moving furniture. A positive "can-do" attitude and willingness to support the wider team. Reliable, self-motivated, and solutions-focused.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. A full, clean New Zealand driver's licence and the legal right to work in New Zealand.
