Ten positions, based regionally across five states. This is not just a drone-flying role, you must have agricultural experience You’ll manage the complete field-delivery workflow for InFarm’s precision agriculture technology, including: • Planning and completing paddock flights • Capturing high-quality agricultural imagery • Conducting on-site data QA and starting the processing workflow • Delivering weed prescription maps to growers • Importing and testing prescriptions on growers’ spray rigs • Working directly with growers, contractors and landholders Location: Regionally based, in multiple locations across WA, SA, VIC, NSW and QLD Term: Permanent, full time, starting October 2026 Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 per annum, plus superannuation, and a performance incentive (indicative of $10k-$25k). Travel: Regular regional travel, including away from home stays and occasional interstate travel. We’re looking for someone who is safety-focused, practical, self-motivated and comfortable working independently in changing regional conditions. We want to hear from you if you have experience working in agriculture (e.g. on the farm, or in precision ag, or in ag science) or in commercial drone operations. Or if you have agricultural experience and a keen interest in learning to operate a drone, we will teach you to fly. What matters most is that you know the agriculture side well, you are genuinely interested in the other, and you are comfortable dealing with growers. You will need: • Experience working in agriculture (required) • Experience working in commercial drone operations (preferred) • A current RePL preferred, but not essential • A current unrestricted driver licence and your own suitable vehicle • Strong safety and risk-management skills • Excellent attention to detail • Confidence troubleshooting equipment and digital systems • The flexibility to respond quickly to grower jobs during peak season Experience in broadacre agriculture, precision farming, remote sensing, geospatial data capture, tractors, spray systems or regional field operations will be highly regarded. Apply with your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your flying, agricultural and technical experience, current CASA qualifications and availability from October 2026 to info@infarm.io .
