Benefits for you $170,000 – $210,000 package Manage multiple projects with genuine autonomy Deliver commercial fit-out and new build projects up to $6M Work closely with clients and senior leadership Opportunity to build strong client and subcontractor relationships Contribute to business growth, project systems and efficiencies Join a business focused on collaboration, integrity and lasting relationships You will play an integral role managing 2–3 concurrent commercial construction projects across Melbourne's eastern suburbs. Projects will range from commercial fit-outs through to new builds, with values up to $6M. You will take ownership of project delivery, client relationships and commercial outcomes, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery: Manage multiple concurrent commercial projects from procurement through to completion, ensuring safety, quality, programme and financial objectives are achieved. Client & Business Development: Build strong relationships with clients, identify new opportunities and support repeat business through professional and reliable project delivery. Commercial Management: Manage project profitability, cost reports, cash flow, variations, invoices and overall financial outcomes. Procurement & Contracts: Prepare tenders and trade packages, assess tenders, prepare recommendations, award trade contracts and manage head and subcontract conditions. Subcontractor & Supplier Management: Build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers while identifying and introducing trusted new trade partners. Project Coordination: Coordinate site activities, chair client and subcontractor meetings, manage project stakeholders and ensure clear communication throughout delivery. Design & Construction: Maintain a detailed understanding of project design, including structural and services requirements, while applying value engineering, buildability and cost-efficiency principles. Team Leadership: Manage and support Project Coordinators and Contract Administrators to ensure projects are delivered effectively and efficiently. Skills Required Commercial construction project management experience Experience delivering fit-out and/or new build projects Strong understanding of contracts, procurement and project financials Excellent client, subcontractor and stakeholder management skills Strong organisation, time management and problem-solving skills High level of commercial awareness and attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management systems Self-motivated with a flexible, solutions-focused approach If you're an experienced Project Manager looking for genuine ownership across multiple commercial projects, we'd like to hear from you.
