Analyze and evaluate current business processes across departments to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with business units and IT teams to recommend and implement digital solutions (e.g., RPA, Low-Code platforms, dashboards, etc.) Work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements and propose innovative use of technologies Lead or support Proof of Concepts (PoC) and pilot projects for new tools or platforms Map and document business processes using industry standards (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts) Support change management initiatives and help drive adoption of new technologies and ways of working Promote a culture of continuous improvement and digital-first thinking คุณสมบัติ จบการศึกษาระดับปรัญญาตรี ใน IT หรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้าน Business Analyst หรือ System Analyst อย่างน้อย 2 ปี สถานที่ทำงาน สามารถเดินทางด้วย BTS ช่องนนทรี และ MRT คลองเตย
