About the role An Accounts Executive – Billing & Costing (Cost Accounting) role focused on managing accounting records, processing payments, preparing quotations and invoices, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate financial documentation and reporting. Key responsibilities Manage and maintain accurate accounting records using the BUKKU Accounting System Update and reconcile supplier payments and client payments received in BUKKU, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded Prepare and issue quotations, invoices and related billing documents through BUKKU Prepare accurate BQ-style quotations, costing breakdowns and invoices based on approved pricing, quantities and project scope Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and follow up on outstanding client payments when required Assist in bank reconciliation and ensure payment records are accurately updated in BUKKU Check and verify digital supporting documents uploaded by the respective teams, ensuring all records are complete, accurate and balanced Assist with monthly accounting reports, audit documentation and other accounting matters when required Coordinate with project, operation and sales teams to ensure quotations, invoices and payment information are accurate and complete Preferably proficient in both English and Chinese, as the role requires communication with Chinese-speaking customers and suppliers About you Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance & Quantity Surveying Preferably 1–2 years of relevant working experience Experience using BUKKU Accounting System will be an added advantage Good understanding of quotations, invoicing, payment processing and Accounts Receivable Candidates with Quantity Surveying (QS) knowledge or experience preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ) will have a strong advantage Able to prepare itemized quotations, costing breakdowns and project-based invoices accurately Strong numerical skills and attention to detail Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel Able to understand project scopes, quantities and pricing Organized and able to maintain accurate financial and project documentation Preferably proficient in both English and Chinese, as the role requires communication with Chinese-speaking customers and suppliers
