Landscape Foreman

About the role You’ll lead a small team across a variety of landscaping projects - from hard and softscaping to pool construction, decking, and architectural paving. You will be on the tools for this position and have a landscaper reporting directly into you. You'll be responsible for driving programme, delivering projects to specification and within budget. Our requirements Minimum 5 years experience in the landscaping industry and proven experience at a foreman level. Expert in soft and hardscaping techniques Can read and execute plans Natural leadership skills Excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with employees, contractors, suppliers, management and clients directly Expert across Timberwork, Paving, Concrete, Planting and Site Set Out Ability to drive program and ensure quality workmanship is maintained across your job site NZ citizenship and full working rights Competent with Simpro or similar job management software What you can expect in return: $35 - $45 per hour (experience dependent) + tools + company vehicle 45 to 50 hours per week Fantastic company culture Real career opportunity This is a permanent position = security Opportunity to develop and grow your career with the best in the game!
