You'll deliver high-quality inspections, testing, maintenance, and technical support while building strong relationships with customers across the Hawke's Bay region. Key Responsibilities Conduct annual surveys on fire alarm systems in accordance with NZS 4512 Complete annual surveys on emergency lighting systems in accordance with AS/NZS 2293 Carry out annual inspections of passive fire protection features in line with the New Zealand Building Code Test, inspect, fault-find, and repair fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems. Perform maintenance work and assist with new installations as required Communicate system performance, findings, and recommendations to customers Accurately complete service reports, inspection records, and other documentation Order and manage materials and equipment required for service work Participate in on-call duties and emergency response callouts Maintain your technical knowledge through ongoing training and industry development Contribute ideas and expertise to continually improve team performance and customer outcomes Identify opportunities to support business growth and strengthen customer relationship What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who enjoys a hands-on technical role, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and can confidently work both independently and as part of a team.
