The Opportunity Are you keen to build your civil construction career in a hands-on, varied role? Join our Civils team as a Civil Labourer and contribute to important infrastructure projects across Taupo. You'll combine skilled labouring and civil plant operation. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll help deliver quality work safely, efficiently and professionally. What You'll Be Doing Driving vehicles and operating machinery as required Completing general civil labouring tasks Assisting with trenching and other civil construction activities Maintaining quality, housekeeping and safe-work standards Reporting hazards, incidents and public safety concerns promptly What You'll Bring Experience in general civil construction A full and clean driver's licence Current Class 2 licence A reliable, physically fit and team-focused approach A commitment to our values of Safety and Wellbeing, Excellence, Customer Service, Integrity and Teamwork You'll need to be available to work at least 40 hours per week, with occasional shifts, weekend work and standby or on-call duties as required.
