Key Responsibilities Drive service contract, modernization, and spare parts sales to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to maximize customer satisfaction and secure long-term business partnerships. Proactively manage contract renewals by monitoring expiring agreements, negotiating commercial terms, and achieving renewal and price adjustment targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while recovering lost accounts to expand the service portfolio and customer base. Conduct regular customer visits to understand customer needs, identify sales opportunities, and provide tailored solutions. Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and account strategies to support business growth objectives. Lead commercial negotiations and close sales opportunities to achieve agreed sales targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer experience. Monitor invoicing and support collection activities to ensure timely billing and healthy accounts receivable performance. Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer records in the company's CRM and reporting systems. For Assistant-Level Candidates (if applicable) Lead, coach, and develop the Service Sales team to drive performance and capability growth. Establish sales priorities and monitor team performance to ensure achievement of business objectives. Promote a high-performance and customer-focused culture within the team. Preferred Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in Service Sales, Aftermarket Sales, B2B Sales, Industrial Equipment, Engineering Services, Elevator & Escalator, or related industries. Strong track record in sales, account management, and customer relationship building. Experience in contract negotiation, service agreement renewals, and business development. Strong commercial acumen and customer-centric mindset. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Prior people management experience is preferred for Manager-level candidates but not mandatory for Senior Sales candidates.
