What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of recruitment experience , preferably with significant experience recruiting for Accounting and Finance positions . Experience recruiting across various Accounting and Finance levels, from junior to senior/leadership positions, is highly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance functions, job requirements, and relevant candidate skill sets. Experience recruiting for other functions, such as Technical/IT or general business roles, is an advantage. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to assess candidates against specific role requirements. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Strong negotiation and influencing skills, particularly when managing candidate expectations around compensation and offers. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider Talent Acquisition team. Key Focus of the Role Primary: Accounting & Finance Recruitment Secondary: Support other business and technical requisitions as required What You’ll Be Working On: Talent Acquisition Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, with a primary focus on Accounting and Finance positions , from requisition intake through offer and onboarding. Support recruitment for other functions, including technical, administrative, sales, and other business roles, based on business requirements. Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with client and hiring manager requirements. Sourcing & Candidate Identification Source qualified Accounting and Finance professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other relevant channels. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Accounting and Finance talent for current and future requisitions. Identify candidates with relevant experience in areas such as Property Accounting Finance Supervisor, Sr. Fund Accountant, Lease Administrator, Investment Bond Fund Accountant, Finance Manager Property Funds, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Accounting, Financial Reporting, Payroll, Tax, Audit, Management Accounting, and other related functions. Screening & Assessment Conduct initial interviews and screening to assess candidates' qualifications, accounting knowledge, experience, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role. Evaluate candidates against job requirements and client expectations. Provide clear and concise candidate assessments and recommendations to hiring managers and stakeholders. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requisition requirements, technical competencies, experience, and ideal candidate profiles. Provide recruitment market insights and recommendations regarding candidate availability, salary expectations, and sourcing challenges. Manage expectations and provide regular updates throughout the recruitment process. Interview & Recruitment Coordination Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding interview schedules, requirements, feedback, and next steps. Follow up with stakeholders to obtain timely interview feedback and move qualified candidates through the recruitment process. Candidate Experience Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Keep candidates informed of their application status and provide timely updates. Offer Management Support the offer process, including salary discussions and negotiations within approved parameters. Coordinate with HR and relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely preparation of job offers. Assist in addressing candidate concerns and managing expectations throughout the offer stage. Market Research Monitor Accounting and Finance recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, talent availability, and market conditions. Provide insights to stakeholders to support competitive hiring strategies. Reporting & Recruitment Administration Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Track recruitment activity, candidate pipelines, interview outcomes, and hiring metrics. Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
