About the role We are a medium sized technical company with 13 employees servicing events provincially and nationally. We are looking for Senior Audio-Visual Technicians to join our team. Key responsibilities Oversee pre-production, set up, operation and pack down of professional audio, lighting, staging and video equipment Work effectively unsupervised and as part of a team Mentor and support junior crew members and/or casual staff Provide venue technician services for customers About you Minimum of 5-years' experience in New Zealand setting up and operating events as a production technician High level of technical competency and knowledge in any of the following: Audio, video, lighting and production logistics Have the ability to stay calm and professional in high pressure environments Excellent customer service skills Positive and enthusiastic attitude with problem solving abilities Full New Zealand Drivers Licence (Class 2 will be an advantage) Applicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand
