1. Process Optimization and Standardization: Optimize and standardize end-to-end AP processes across various systems to continuously improve process efficiency, control quality, and enhance user experience. 2. Technology and System Innovation: Deeply participate in the optimization, upgrading, and implementation of new projects for systems such as OCR invoice recognition, process automation, and intelligent settlement auditing. 3. Policy and Compliance: Develop, update, and maintain AP policies and operating guidelines to ensure all operations comply with internal controls, tax regulations, and company compliance requirements. 4. Settlement Management: Track AP operational SLAs (e.g., settlement processing cycle, settlement automation rate) to improve settlement efficiency. Establish a settlement data tracking system (e.g., settlement operation center, settlement data center, settlement risk management) to drive settlement improvements through data. 5. Knowledge and Team Management: Build and maintain an AP knowledge base to provide expert support, internal and external settlement training, and best practice sharing to business departments. Responsible for operational performance management. 6. Cross-departmental Collaboration: Maintain close communication with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Tax, Treasury, Procurement, IT, and business departments to effectively resolve complex issues and drive cross-functional projects. 7. Other: Support basic settlement work and other ad-hoc tasks. 1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or relevant international financial and tax qualifications; 5-8 years of experience in finance at a multinational corporation or large group, including at least 3 years of experience in international shared service center (AP COE) operations management. Proficient in end-to-end accounts payable processes and best practices. Successful experience in large-scale process optimization or system implementation (e.g., settlement management or automation projects). 2. Technical Skills: Proficient in operating mainstream ERP systems such as Oracle; proficient in using MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations. 3. Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken); able to communicate effectively in a globalized environment, conduct cross-cultural team collaboration, and manage projects. 4. Soft Skills: Data-driven decision-making; ability to gain insights into business problems through data; ability to identify problems from multiple perspectives and develop long-term solutions. Additionally, the ability to clearly and systematically communicate complex information to different audiences and reach consensus with stakeholders across departments.
