Meet Our Team Technical Recruiter is a specialized area of staffing and recruiting. What you 'll be doing At least 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment (in-house or agency). Passion for recruitment and genuine interest in helping people find the right career opportunities. Experience recruiting for various IT positions such as Software Engineers, QA, Data, Infrastructure, Cloud, SAP, or related technology roles. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and excellent customer service orientation. Enjoy working collaboratively in a team while being able to manage your own responsibilities. Good networking and sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
