As a Technical Service & Development Manager, Home & Personal Care (HPC), SEA, you will contribute in providing application oriented solution development, technical service, and customer support to drive growth across Southeast Asia Personal Care, food and hygiene markets. The role partners closely with Business Development, Marketing, Sales, R&D, Regulatory and product management to solve customer technical challenges, drive new business opportunities and enable successful adoption of Arxada solutions. The incumbent acts as a key technical interface with customers and distribution partners, translating customer needs and market insights into practical, value-creating solutions. This is an individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibility. Essential Job Functions: · Partner with Business Development, Marketing and Sales teams to develop new solutions to ensure growth initiatives across Southeast Asia Personal Care, food and hygiene markets. · Provide technical support to customers and distribution partners, including product recommendation, formulation guidance, performance evaluation, troubleshooting and application optimization leveraging in-house and external resource · Identify customer needs, technical/regulatory trend and competitive insights, and translate them into technical value propositions, application development opportunities and growth projects. · Collaborate with Regional and Global R&D, Regulatory, Product Management, Quality and Supply Chain teams to support project management on new product launches, product approvals and customer qualifications. · Prepare technical reports, laboratory data, product application guidance, presentations, training materials and customer-facing technical documentation. · Ensure technical activities comply with Arxada safety, quality, regulatory and ethical standards, and promote best EHS practices in laboratory and customer-facing work. Business Travel: · Regional business travel across Southeast Asia of approximately 30-40% may be required. · Regular customer visits, distributor engagement and technical support at customer sites are required. Qualifications & Experience: · Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, Biology, Formulation Science, Cosmetic Science, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is an advantage. · 5-10 years of experience in Technical Service, Application Development, Formulation Development, or R&D within the Hygiene, Personal Care, Home Care, Microbial Control, Specialty Chemicals, or related industries. · Experience in customer-facing technical support, project management, and cross-functional collaboration across Southeast Asia. · Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Thai, Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, or Mandarin Chinese would be an advantage.
